As previously advised - and as a direct consequence of the recent flooding and damage that severely impacted the North Queensland Road Network - our Queensland Agent advised us that effective 3 February 2025 an additional surcharge of 17.17% to all rates (plus fuel surcharge plus GST) on all deliveries north of and including Townsville would be applied.

Over recent days, the local road network has been systematically restored and services in the region have now resumed to a more stable level. To this end, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 $𝟭𝟳.𝟭𝟭% 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟳 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
